COST METHOD

A planning range is not a promised price.

Installed HVAC and home-energy costs vary because homes, climates, codes, equipment and contract scope differ. Our pricing method makes that uncertainty visible.

What a range includes

A range is built around a complete project frame: equipment, ordinary installation labor, common materials and expected local delivery conditions. It is split into equipment and scope allowances where that helps users compare bids.

What can move the number

Load, capacity, efficiency, ducts, wiring, fuel piping, access, permits, remediation, selected controls, warranties and financing can move an actual proposal outside a planning range.

Incentives and financing

We show incentives only as a route to verify, not as a universal reduction. Financing is compared by amount financed, APR, fees, term, payment and total paid—not payment alone.
