Information we collect
Most public pages can be read without an account. Installer inquiries collect the name, contact details, ZIP code and project information needed to respond to the request. Optional alerts would collect an email address and selected product.
We do not intentionally include personal contact details in analytics events. Technical logs may contain request time, page, device and security information needed to operate and protect the service.
Why we use information
We use submitted details to provide the service explicitly requested, prevent abuse, maintain records of consent and meet legal obligations. Installer details are not used for unrelated marketing without separate consent.
Sharing and retention
Inquiry details may be shared with suitable service providers only for the consented quote request. Service processors may host data or deliver email under contract.
Google Analytics and Google AdSense are used for measurement and advertising. Depending on consent, location and Google settings, Google may receive technical information such as IP address, browser or device details, page URL and advertising identifiers. Google acts under its own privacy terms for this processing.
Contact requests and contractor applications receive a two-year deletion deadline. Privacy-filtered first-party analytics events receive a 395-day deadline. Short-lived quote text, share links, unconfirmed alerts and project outcomes use their separately disclosed shorter deadlines. An administrator may retain a specific record longer only when a documented security, dispute or legal obligation requires it.

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Use the permanent Privacy choices control to change optional cookie consent, use Google’s ad settings to manage ad personalization and unsubscribe from future alerts. Contact us using the site contact page.
