PUBLICATION CONTROLS

Market planning ranges, user-contributed outcomes and CoolCompare calculations remain labeled as different evidence types.
Threshold and geography
Small groups remain unpublished. ZIP3 or metro aggregation must meet the configured sample and regional coverage gates.
Comparable scope
Equipment, capacity, efficiency, cash or financed price, major add-ons and project date must remain distinguishable.
Review and correction
Methodology, exclusions, dates and limitations require human approval; withdrawals and corrected records must flow through future aggregates.
FAIL CLOSED
No sample means no median, percentile or market claim.
The empty status is intentional protection against synthetic local precision.
