Advertising never defines the answer.
CoolCompare limits display advertising to reviewed publisher-content surfaces and keeps commercial incentives outside calculations, evidence and editorial conclusions.
Substantive pages only
Display-ad eligibility is fail-closed and limited to reviewed editorial guides and verified product-detail pages. Guides must contain a complete decision structure, distinct original sections, at least two distinct HTTPS evidence sources and a useful handoff into a working CoolCompare journey. Product pages require an exact model, substantive description, dated verification, official source and real product visual. Programmatic location, category, brand, comparison and calculator surfaces remain ad-free.
Clear separation
Advertising is labeled as Advertisement and is not styled as a recommendation, result, navigation control or comparison choice. Ads are kept away from high-interaction controls to reduce accidental clicks.
Editorial independence
Advertisers, affiliate partners and contractors cannot buy a specification, ranking, score or editorial conclusion. Commercial relationships do not change source-backed facts, correction handling or publication gates.
Consent and privacy
Google advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalization begin denied. Visitors can keep optional advertising cookies off and reopen Privacy choices from every page.
Ongoing review
We review indexed and monetized inventories separately. Short, repetitive, weakly sourced, undated or dead-end briefs can remain available to users while being excluded from search indexing, RSS, sitemap discovery and display advertising until every quality check passes.
