The checker measures proposal completeness and pressure language. It does not score contractor honesty, workmanship, licensing or value.
Define the installed scope
Clarify permits, electrical work, ducts and airflow, line-set treatment, condensate routing, thermostat, removal, startup and commissioning. Mark exclusions and change-order rules before comparing totals.
Normalize the money
Compare cash price with financed price, APR, term, monthly payment, total of payments and prepayment terms. A low monthly payment can accompany a much higher scheduled total and should not replace the cash comparison.
Before relying on a result
Paste only proposal text needed for the check and remove names, addresses, phone numbers, signatures and account numbers. Confirm license, insurance, permit authority, equipment evidence and lender disclosures independently.
